In order to process your orders placed on this website, you must first complete the registration form. During registration, you will be required to provide your contact information, which includes your name, e-mail address, telephone number and street address.
This information is used to provide you with important Freyja Wool Store services such as automated order status updates via e-mail.
Ordering & Cancellation
How to Order
Select the products and click the Add to Cart button in the item description and checkout. If you have any Promotional or Discount Code, please enter before checkout. A Sales Order number will be issued at the Order Confirmation screen just as if you were placing a conventional order. If you purchase an in-stock you will be charged accordingly for the available product. You will be kept up-to-date via our website and through standard Order Status emails to your account.
Order Processing Time
Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be processed until the following regular business day; please allow 2 days order processing time. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (10:00 am - 6:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, except holidays). If we face difficulties processing or shipping your order, you will be contacted by a customer service representative and given an opportunity to either change or cancel your order.
A special message will be displayed in your Shopping cart, when ordering item that are currently not in stock. The delivery time, in this case may take up to 14 business days from the purchase date.
You may request a change to your order provided the order has not already been charged to your account. Please call 416 618 2191 during Freyja Wool Store hours of operation to request a change to your order. Please have your sales order or customer number ready for better assistance.
We strongly discourage sending change order requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to make an adjustment due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.
You may request than an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply call 416 618 2191 during Freyja Wool Store hours of operation to request an order cancellation.
You will receive a credit for the full amount to your Pay Pal Account in approximately 1-2 business days. We strongly discourage sending order cancellation requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to void the order due to the high volume of emails we receive each day.
We cannot process cancellation for orders once they have shipped. If we are unable to make the change before the order is processed and shipped, you may need to return the item (Please review our return policy).
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We make possible effort to keep our prices low and offer the best value based on current market. All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars and do not include sales taxes. Due to market conditions all prices shown are in effect at the date of purchase and are subject to change without notice.
Applicable sales tax will be charged for Canadian purchases based on the province of delivery. Please note we are registered business, so we abide by the province`s tax laws. For International buyers - Any applicable import duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

- Personal cheques are accepted.
- All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
- Sales receipts are delivered by email.
Promotions / Promo Codes
Our promotional codes may be found in online advertisements, sent via email to our Newsletter subscribers. The provisions for a Promo Code will be included with the code itself; if an expiration date or other condition is specified. Please note that Promo Codes are not redeemable for cash and you must spend more than the discount price in order for a promotion to be applied.
